At Ministry Of Good Souls, we strive to make your shopping experience seamless and enjoyable. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms regarding returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds.

Returns & Exchanges

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can request a return or exchange by calling or WhatsApping us at +91 9151918030 within 5 days of delivery.
  • Once the returned product is received and verified at our warehouse, you may choose a replacement, refund, or store credit.
  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be made only to the bank account of the person whose name appears in the billing details.
  • Note: Only the product value is refundable. Additional charges such as shipping, gift wrap, customs duties, or COD advance (₹100) are non-refundable.

Important: Products are photographed under specific lighting. The actual product may appear slightly different under natural light, but we ensure images remain as true to the original as possible.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement by contacting us via WhatsApp/call at +91 9151918030 or email at care@mogs.store.
  • If cancelled before dispatch, the full amount (for prepaid orders) will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • If cancelled after dispatch, refunds will be processed minus shipping charges, and only once the product is returned to us.
  • Customers agree to accept the decision of Ministry Of Good Souls regarding cancellations.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please inform us within 3 days of delivery via WhatsApp/call at +91 9151918030 or email care@mogs.store.
  • Always mention your Order ID when contacting us.

Taxes & Duties

  • Domestic orders include all applicable taxes; no additional charges apply.
  • For international deliveries, customs duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid at the time of delivery. Charges depend on the import policies of the destination country.
