Payment Options

We offer multiple safe and convenient ways to pay:

  • Debit & Credit Cards
  • Paytm
  • Direct Bank Transfer
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)**

Special Offers:

  • Get ₹200 OFF on all prepaid orders.
  • For COD orders, an advance payment of ₹100 is required when placing the order. The remaining amount can be paid at delivery.
  • When making a bank transfer, please mention your contact number in the payment remarks so we can trace and confirm your order.

Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days, except for custom-made or pre-order items (or as communicated at the time of purchase).
  • Orders are not dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.
  • During peak periods, processing may take longer. Any significant delay will be communicated via phone or email.

Delivery Disputes

If your order is marked delivered but not received, items are missing or incorrect, or the parcel is empty, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or call at +91 9151918030. After 72 hours, the order will be considered successfully delivered. Our decision in such cases will be final.

Shipping Charges & Timelines

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹2,000.
  • For orders ₹2,000 or below, a nominal amount of shipping charge applies.
  • Most deliveries are completed within 5–7 business days depending on location.
  • In rare cases of delays, if delivery isn’t possible within 45 days, a full refund will be issued.
  • COD is available for most pincodes, except for customised orders.

Logistics Partners

We work with trusted courier services like Delhivery, DTDC, FedEx, Bluedart, and Aramex. The partner is selected based on service availability and pricing for your pincode. For remote or restricted locations, India Post may be used.

International Shipping

  • International shipping charges vary by country (₹900–₹3000 approx.) and will be confirmed during order placement.
  • For international orders, please contact us via call/WhatsApp at +91 9151918030 or email care@mogs.store before placing the order.
  • Customs, Duties & Taxes: Domestic orders are tax-inclusive; no extra charges apply. For international shipments, MOGS is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees applied by the destination country. All such charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Tracking usually becomes active within 24 hours.
